USB-FO5-K is a high-performance 4-Port USB 2.0 Fiber Optic Extender designed to provide long-distance, stable, and interference-free USB connectivity for mission-critical applications. It enables extension of up to four USB devices up to 5 km over single-mode fiber or up to 300 m over OM4 multi-mode fiber, making it ideal for environments requiring secure and reliable data transmission.
Each system consists of a Transmitter (TX) that connects to the host computer and a Receiver (RX) that supports up to four USB devices, including USB peripherals such as keyboards, mice, touchscreens, printers, scanners, storage devices, and more. With full compliance to USB 2.0/1.1 standards and data transfer rates up to 480 Mbps, it ensures smooth, high-speed communication without signal loss.
