ToVi X2 Series (USB 2.0) Transceiver
The X2USB-EFD is a versatile networking device that enables the extension of USB 2.0 peripherals over a 1GbE network infrastructure, supporting both copper and fiber connections with automatic failover. It operates in two configurable modes: as a Device unit with four Type-A ports for connecting peripherals like printers, cameras, and storage drives, or as a Host unit with one Type-B port for connecting to a computer. Featuring a data transfer rate of up to 480Mbps, it ensures high-speed connectivity for a wide range of USB devices. The extender simplifies installation with Power over Ethernet (PoE) support and offers advanced functionality, including one-to-one or one-to-many K&M extension and an Open API for seamless integration into third-party management systems. Its compact design makes it an ideal solution for commercial, industrial, and educational environments.
