Our hardware modified Panasonic region free DVD Blu-ray disc players are guaranteed to play DVD and Blu-ray from all zones and regions. However, the Panasonic blu-ray players are not equipped with PAL to NTSC Video converter to play PAL DVDs on NTSC TV. You would need an external video converter to play PAL DVDs on NTSC (N. American) TV. These will work fine with a multi-system or PAL TV in Europe, Asia, Africa or Australia without any external video converter. All of our Panasonic region free blu-ray players are dual voltage for world-wide use. We recommend our OREI, LG, Pioneer, OPPO or Sharp region free blu-ray players with built-in video converter to use with NTSC (American) TVs.
